  1. If you have a ROHO cushion that is in need of service, call the Warranty Service Department at 1-800-851-3449 ext. 7391 or email warranty@therohogroup.com.

  2. Information needed when calling in:
    - Cushion's serial Number (Where Am I?)
    - Date of Purchase
    - Description of the Defect

  3. Once you call in, a Warranty Service Representative will walk you through the process of getting your product serviced.
