The ROHO Group consists of a medium size manufacturing business environment at our home office at 100 North Florida Ave. in Belleville, Illinois. The student will be paired with a mentor in their particular field of study to learn the inner workings of various company facets. Some of these departments include: Information Technology, Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, along with other operating functions. Co-Op Opportunities
As a Co-Op you will:

Apply practical college course work to project oriented duties
Earn an hourly wage for your work
Become a marketable candidate for post graduation jobs
Earn transcript recognition

As a Co-Op (Cooperative Extension) a student is seeking to apply classroom theory to a realistic work setting. College credit is not a necessity, however a small wage is included in the part-time flexible schedule. Certain requirements are met up front to make certain the match is a positive experience for each student and each department at ROHO. The Co-Ops work closely with VPs and middle management to apply knowledge and skills to practical everyday work and responsibilities. Possible Co-Op positions are available in Marketing, Information Technology, Sales, Business Operations and other operating functions.

Trainees
Often, Co-Ops are not available to fill the gap for part time business needs. Then ROHO looks to recent graduates searching for an entry level part time work experience in their field of study. This actively gets the graduate involved in immediate hands on paid experience with job training, professional networking and valuable business experience.
