- Health Insurance - United HealthCare Participation in the company medical/dental/prescription drug plan and mail-in prescription drug plan on the first of the month following the first full month of employment. Care 24 is available through UHC and offers information and resources that can help employees and their families identify and resolve problems affecting emotional and physical health. The ROHO Group's supervisors and managers also have access to this system to help support their role as leaders in the company.
- Life Insurance - United HealthCare
Participation in the company life insurance plan begins on the first of the month following the first full month of employment at zero cost for premiums. Life insurance is two times the employee's annual base salary.
- AFLAC
Employees are eligible to participate in the AFLAC Insurance Programs.
- Short-Term Disability
Employees are eligible for short-term disability benefits after they have completed 90 days of employment.
- Long-Term Disability
If necessary, participation in the company long term disability plan begins on the first of the month following the first full month of employment. Salary continues at 66-2/3% of the employee's annual base salary.
- Pension Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the pension plan the following quarter after they have completed 3 months of employment, and have reached their 21st birthday. The ROHO Group will contribute 4% of the employee's plan year earnings to their pension plan.
- Section 125 Plan
Participation in the section 125 plan may begin on the first of the month following the first full month of service. Employees may elect to participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan the following quarter after they have completed 3 full months of service.
- 401(k) Savings Plan
Employees may elect to participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan the following quarter after they have completed 3 full months of service.
- Vacation
A generous amount of paid vacation time is given to employees per years of service.
- Holidays
Employees receive at least 10 paid holidays per year.
- Tuition
Tuition reimbursement for eligible employees is 100% of the current rate in effect at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
